Flecos

About this piece

Montserrat's Flecos placemat is a table mat hand-woven in Iraca palm, distinguished by the fringed border that frames its natural weave and gives it a charming, easy-going bohemian air. This detail brings movement and warmth to the table, creating a relaxed yet careful setting that enhances your tableware with personality. Its natural finish makes it highly versatile, blending easily into rustic, country, beach or contemporary decoration. It is ideal for outdoor lunches, informal dinners, celebrations and special dates where a welcoming, stylish atmosphere is called for. Made by artisans from Usiacurí, the Flecos placemat is light, hard-wearing and easy to care for, as well as sustainable and biodegradable. Every piece keeps the variations typical of hand weaving and can be customised in different colours to suit each setting. Bringing these placemats into your home means a table with identity, texture and respect for the environment. The Flecos design, with its loose border and natural aesthetic, is perfect for anyone who wants a handmade detail that brings character and a relaxed touch, ideal for creating warm tables full of charm.
